HOW THEY MET: At Auburn, when we had a statistics class together.

THE ENGAGEMENT: We went hiking in the mountains in Tennessee, and he proposed at the end of the trail by a waterfall.

FAVORITE DATE: My favorite dates would have been when we first started dating, and we would just hang out at my apartment in Auburn and watch movies. We always ended up staying up way too late when we had class the next morning, but it was well worth it.

WHAT SHE LOVES MOST ABOUT HIM: His carefree, laid back personality. He calms me since I can be a little anxious and high strung sometimes. He also loves me despite my flaws and never points them out to me

WHAT HE LOVES THE MOST ABOUT HER: Her outgoing personality--she never meets a stranger. She also keeps me grounded since I tend to be a bit eccentric at times. It doesn’t hurt that she’s knock-out gorgeous either.

WEDDING COLORS: Moss green, black and ivory

WEDDING FLOWERS: Tulips, roses and stephanotis

WEDDING CAKE: It was a delicious butter cream cake with coconut in the frosting to add texture.

WHAT WAS UNIQUE ABOUT THE WEDDING: I guess the most unique thing was I had a bridal breakfast the day of the wedding and everyone wore their PJ’s so no one had to get ready twice in one day.

THREE ADJECTIVES TO DESCRIBE THE WEDDING: Fun, perfect and beautiful

ABOUT THE HONEYMOON: We went to Playa del Carmen in the Mayan Riviera. It was so beautiful and relaxing. We stayed a week and definitely did not want to come back to real life.

FAVORITE PARTIES: We had a Mexican themed party with all our friends in Birmingham. It was a lot of fun because it was such a pretty day and we all got to hang out together.
