Bringing Back the Battle House

One of Mobile, Alabama’s most historic wedding sites is reopening its doors for today’s generation of brides. The Battle House Hotel originally opened  in 1852, and for over 100 years was a landmark for Southern high society and a showcase of Southern charm. The hotel legend closed in the mid-1970s, and will reopen this spring, expertly renovated by Marriot Renaissance Hotels. It will be attached to the soon-to-be completed 38-story RSA Tower, the highest building in the State of Alabama.  The Battle House is a supreme example for wedding opulence on the Gulf Coast.
